Due to the nature of our products and services, most sales are final. Many of our items are handcrafted, custom-curated, limited release, or time-sensitive, which makes returns impractical.
However, select products may qualify for returns or exchanges, as outlined below.
All Anointed Air™ candles, wax melts, and home fragrance products are final sale.
Because these items are handcrafted in small batches and intended for personal or atmospheric use, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will make it right.
Charbling Jewelry™ offers returns or exchanges on eligible purchases provided that:

All digital products, courses, certifications, workshops, downloadable materials, and educational services are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Because these offerings involve immediate access to intellectual property and instructional materials, refunds are not available.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by One Woman, Many Passions™, refunds, including alternative options or credits may be provided at our discretion.
